The rented apartment is to be left in the condition received. Security
Deposit of GBP£200.00 required which will be returned within 1 week of your
departure.
Should the number of persons occupying the apartment exceed the number of
persons reserved / reconfirmed, we reserve the right to refuse admission.

Payment can be made by PayPal (preferred and
recommended) or Bank Transfer.
A £200 security deposit is required which is refunded within
a week of your return.

Linen
/ Towels
Linen and towels will be washed and cleaned weekly. However, you do
have a washing machine should you need emergency wash.
Transfers
We can arrange for your transfers from Hurghada International Airport for a
cost of 250l.e. for the return trip (about GBP£25). We will be first to admit
that this is overpriced, however this is what we are charged for arranging.
Sometimes its just worth the convenience of having someone with a plaque
outside the airport. If you want
to arrange this yourself, I'll be honest, the trip is VERY short and locally
will cost you only about 30-50l.e. each way maximum.
Occupancy
All the names of those persons staying at the apartment overnight,
during the apartment rental period, must be provided to the owner before
departure. The Manager must be informed of any additional people staying at
the apartment overnight. The number of people staying at the apartment must
not exceed the maximum number of 6 adults and 1 infant in cot. The Manager
will ask any person to leave the villa in a case of non-compliance. The
apartment is booked for normal holiday use only and pets/animals are not
allowed.
Safety
Care should always be taken, especially around the pool area with
supervision being given to children, it is ultimately your responsibility for
the care and safety of the members of your group.
Please be very careful with windows, especially full length glass patio doors.
We are not liable for damage caused by glass doors and windows. Please ensure
you always lock all doors and shutters when leaving the apartment un-occupied.
Liability
We shall have no legal liability whatsoever to you for any theft, attempted
theft, loss, damage, personal injury or death which you suffer arising
directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday.
We recommend you obtain comprehensive travel insurance immediately on booking.
