Linen / Towels
Linen and towels will be washed and cleaned weekly.  However, you do have a washing machine should you need emergency wash.

Airport Transfers

We can arrange for your transfers from Hurghada International Airport for a cost of 100 l.e. for the return trip (about GBP£10), however this is for a standard car which can fit up to four at a squeeze, if two trips required cost will double. Someone will be outside the airport holding a sign with your name, do not state your name to anyone, just look for you card.   The transfer is VERY short, it will only be about 10 minutes. Locally will cost you only about 30l.e. each way maximum. 

Occupancy
All the names of those persons staying at the apartment overnight, during the apartment rental period, must be provided to the owner before departure. The Manager must be informed of any additional people staying at the apartment overnight. The number of people staying at the apartment must not exceed the maximum number of 6 adults and 1 infant in cot. The Manager will ask any person to leave the villa in a case of non-compliance. The apartment is booked for normal holiday use only and pets/animals are not allowed.
 

Safety
Care should always be taken, especially around the pool area with supervision being given to children, it is ultimately your responsibility for the care and safety of the members of your group.

Please be very careful with windows, especially full length glass patio doors. We are not liable for damage caused by glass doors and windows. Please ensure you always lock all doors and shutters when leaving the apartment un-occupied.

Liability
We shall have no legal liability whatsoever to you for any theft, attempted theft, loss, damage, personal injury or death which you suffer arising directly or indirectly from any aspect of your holiday.

We recommend you obtain comprehensive travel insurance immediately on booking.
